View Items Offline
When scanning offline using the desktop scan utility you will still be able to modify your scans using the Edit menu, just as you would if you were online.
Once you have clicked the Send & Process button, however, you will not be able to view or modify the item again.
The scanned item will be placed in a Processing Queue, which you can access by clicking the Exclamation Icon in the upper right corner of the app. The number beside the exclamation icon indicates the number of items that are waiting to be processed.
In the Processing Queue, you will have the option to Retry sending the item to Neat or Delete the item.
