Getting Started
NeatDesk is a high-speed, Automatic Document Feeder (ADF), duplex desktop scanner and smart organization system. With NeatDesk you can scan receipts, business cards and documents in one batch, at a speedy 24 pages per minute, while the Neat software’s Optical Character Recognition (OCR) + Intelligent Text Recognition (ITR) identifies, extracts, and organizes key information. NeatDesk will scan up to 50 pages at once – 1 or 2-sided, color or B&W, single or multi-page. Get started using your NeatDesk scanner by following the helpful links below.
- Install the scanner driver
Download and install the driver for the NM-1000 scanner. For Windows 11, install the 64-bit driver.

- Account Management
You don't need a Neat account to use the Neat scanner but it certainly helps to keep organized, find and share documents quickly, work with your items in the mobile app, and so much more!
Once logged in to your Neat account, you can manage your account settings, including your Neat Cloud subscription plan, activation services, and accounting connections.
