Manage your Subscription

Learn how to manage your subscription via the Neat Self Service Portal, the Neat mobile app, or via our support team.

Access Self Service Portal

  1. Open your Neat software or login into the Neat Cloud site.
  2. Click on your name at the top right hand corner of the screen and click Billing.

  3. You will be redirected to the Neat Self Service Portal. Once your logged into the Self Service Portal click on manage subscription to see your plan options.


Upgrade Your Subscription
  1. From the Billing Self-Service Portal, click Manage Subscription from the column on the left.
  2. You'll see your current subscription and payment method.
  3. Scroll down to view your plan change options.

  4. Select your upgrade option(s).

  5. Click Update Plan.
  6. If you have one, enter your Promo Code and click Apply.
  7. Check the box to agree to the Terms and Conditions.
  8. The total due now will appear to let you know how much will be charged for the upgrade.

  9. When you're ready, click Purchase to complete the upgrade.


Downgrade Your Subscription
  1. From the Billing Self-Service Portal, click Manage Subscription from the column on the left.
  2. You'll see your current subscription and payment method.
  3. Scroll down to view your plan change options.
  4. Uncheck the option(s) you wish to eleminate from your plan.
  5. Click Update Plan.
  6. Check the box to agree to the Terms and Conditions.
  7. When you're ready, click Purchase to complete the downgrade. Changes to your plan will take effect on your next plan renewal date.

 

Mobile Subscriptions


Check Your Plan Status
  1. After logging into the mobile app, tap the gear icon in the top right.



  2. Then press Subscription.



  3. At the top, you will see if your subscription is Active or Expired.

 

Manage Your Subscription
  1. After logging into the mobile app, tap the gear icon in the top right.



  2. Then press Subscription.



  3. At the bottom, press Manage Subscription.



  4. If you purchased your subscription through the Google Play Store or the iOS App Store, you manage and cancel your account from here.



  5. If you purchased your subscription via neat.com, you'll see a message that directs you to app.neat.com where you can click your name in the top right and select My Subscription to manage your account.


 

Contact Support

You can also contact support or create a case via the Self Service Portal. Select Customer support to see your support options or select Support tickets to manage existing tickets or create a case.
