Neat Smart Organization System - QuickBooks Online Export 'Unable to Send' Error
After mapping your items in Neat and Quickbooks you may still receive an error that displays "Unable to Send to QuickBooks Online - Business Validation Error" as seen here:

This specific case states "There is no account associated with the items "Sales". Is it marked for purchase, and has an account associated with it?" In this example, "Sales" is the name of the item or product in QuickBooks.
As noted in the message, the items may not be marked as a purchased item in QuickBooks Online. To address this, you will need to check the box in QuickBooks for Purchasing Information which will allow it to be exported from Neat to QuickBooks as a purchased item.
