Biometric Sign-in
The Neat mobile app now has the option to sign in using your device's biometric verification to provide an easier, more secure way to access your Neat account. You'll need to have biometrics enabled on your device to take advantage of this feature. How do I enable biometrics in the Neat mobile app?
- Open the Neat mobile app.
- Sign in with your username and password.
- You'll be presented with the option to Enable Biometrics.
- Pressing Set up Biometrics will activate biometric sign-in within the app.
- Pressing No Thanks will leave biometric sign-in inactive.
Please Note - The biometric login for Neat will be disabled if you:
- Remove all stored biometrics on your device
- Change your password outside of the mobile app
How do I disable or re-enable biometrics?
- From the home screen tap the gear icon found in the top left.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Change Sign-in Preferences.
- Find the Enable Biometric Sign-in toggle at the bottom.
- You can manually enable or disable biometrics by tapping the toggle. A confirmation message will let you know if biometrics has been set up or disabled.
- Biometrics is enabled when the white circle is on the right and the toggle is dark blue.
- Biometrics is disabled when the white circle is on the left and the toggle is gray.
