How to Open a Chat with a Support Agent

Every Neat product and software plan comes with unlimited access to our online customer support tools and resources. All Files and Books plan users qualify for chat and email support. Click here to find out more about Neat's support options.

  1. To open a chat session with support, login into the Neat Web App.
  2. After you log in, click on the Help & Support button at the bottom left hand corner of your screen.

  3. Click Chat with Us to start a chat with support. 
     
  4. Once a chat is started you will see a chat box window open to your right. Select the reason you need help and confirm your email address to speak with an agent.
Please Note: You will not be connected with an agent immediately. Initially, you will be asked to answer a few questions to help identify the issue. Once a chat agent is available they will take over.
