How to Open a Chat with a Support Agent

Every Neat product and software plan comes with unlimited access to our online customer support tools and resources. All Basic and Complete plan users qualify for chat and email support. Click here to find out more about Neat's support options.
  1. To open a chat session with support, login into the Neat Cloud site.
  2. After you log in, click on the Help & Support button at the bottom left hand corner of your screen.
  3. Type "chat" and then choose Chat with Support
  4. Once a chat is started you will see a chat box window open to your right.
Please Note: You will not be connected with an agent immediately. Initially, you will be asked to answer a few questions to help identify the issue. Once a chat agent is available they will take over.
