How to Open a Chat with a Support Agent

  1. To open a chat session with support, login into the Neat Web App.
  2. After you log in, click on the Help & Support button at the bottom left hand corner of your screen.
  3. Click Chat with Us to start a chat with support. 
  4. Please give the chat box one moment to pop open in the bottom right corner of the page. Select the reason you need help and confirm your email address to speak with an agent.
Please Note: You will not be connected with an agent immediately. Initially, you will be asked to answer a few questions to help identify the issue. Once a chat agent is available they will take over.
