Neat Scanner Support
Please note that all Neat brand scanners are now out of warranty and agent support is no longer provided. Newer models ending in "1000" are compatible with current Neat software. Neat subscribers may contact us with any questions. Neat will continue to provide scanner drivers for Windows and MacOS as long as possible but there will be a time when operating system changes by either Microsoft or Apple will cause these drivers and possibly scanners, to no longer operate using that latest OS version.
