Neat Sync Login Message

Legacy Neat software is no longer supported by Neat and will not receive any further updates or bug fixes. Users are NOT required to have a Neat cloud subscription in order to continue using this version of Neat.

If you receive the message ‘Sign in to Initiate Sync’ login upon restarting the application –  you can use the original credentials you created when you initially activated your product to log in. If you need to retrieve your password you can reset it by going to app.neat.com and choosing ‘Forgot Your Password?’.

To check if you have a cloud account please log in to app.neat.com and click on your name on the top right.  You will be able to view your current subscription
