Unable to Process Error in Neat Smart Organization System

After scanning and processing items in the Neat Cloud-Powered software or the web application, some items may be shown with an 'Unable to process' message and a red exclamation point. Please don't be alarmed - this is just for notification purposes. Items with this message encountered some trouble while being parsed by our Cloud servers. Any text on the items themselves will not be searchable. However, these items can be edited and moved as normal. Any information entered in to the item fields will also be searchable - for example, the vendor, category, and amount fields on a receipt can be searched, even if the item has the 'unable to process' message.
