Reinstalling the Neat Mobile App
If you are having an issue with the Neat Mobile App on your Apple or Android smartphone or tablet, you may need to uninstall and reinstall the app.

You can download the Neat on the Google Play Store here.
For iPhone or iPads, to uninstall the app:
- Hold your finger on either the icon for the application you wish to uninstall or any other icon until the icons on your home screen begin to shake or wiggle (the same action you take to move or re-arrange home screen icons).
- Click the "X" in the upper left hand corner of the icon for the application you wish to remove.
- When prompted, touch Delete.
- Reinstall the app from the App store You can download the Neat app from the Apple Store here
Please Note: To install the Neat Mobile App on an Apple product, you must have iOS 11 or higher installed.
