Browser or Network Connection Troubleshooting

If you are running into trouble logging into Neat or completing Recaptcha requests, it may be rooted in one of the following reasons:

  • Outdated Browser: Ensure your browser is up to date. See Neat Basic Troubleshooting for a list of supported browsers and update instructions.
  • VPN/Proxy Service: Temporarily disable your VPN or proxy service to log in. For paid services, contact their support team if needed.
  • Security Browser Extensions (e.g., Malwarebytes): These may block login attempts. Check the extension’s settings to update its database or add Neat as a trusted site. If unsure how, search online for instructions specific to your extension. Alternatively, temporarily disable the extension to see if it resolves the issue.
