Install the Neat Desktop Application
- This application allows you to scan and save files to your Neat account or to your local computer (PC/Mac) from a Neat-branded scanner or any TWAIN-compliant scanning device.
- If you have an existing Neat software subscription, simply log in using your Neat credentials and select “Neat” as your save destination. If you do not have an active Neat subscription, you can scan and save your files to your computer hard drive--no subscription required.
- Please click one of the links below to start the download. Once your download is complete, click on the app to start the installation. You can locate the downloaded file in your downloads folder.

- Installation is complete! Launch the new Neat Desktop Application then connect your scanner to get started!
