The NeatVault plan allows you to store and protect your data in the Neat Cloud at a low yearly cost. Please see some common customer FAQs below to learn more.

What does the NeatVault plan include?

The NeatVault plan only allows you to store and protect your data in the Neat Cloud for one low yearly rate.

You will not be able to view, manage, or download any data on a NeatVault plan. You will also not be able to add any new data to the NeatVault. To access your data and take advantage of Neat's data management tools, you will have to purchase one of our available plans here.

What does NeatVault cost?

The NeatVault plan is $20/year. The plan in non-refundable.

How much data can I store with the NeatVault plan?

There is no limit to the amount of data you can store in the NeatVault.

What is Neat's data retention policy?

After you cancel your plan with Neat, after 30-45 days your account and account data will be permanently deleted and it will not be recoverable. The NeatVault plan allows you to continue to safely store your data in the Neat Cloud after the 30-45 day period.
