What is the status of my order?

Help! I don't know the status of my order! Check order status If you have ordered a product from Neat, you can obtain all of your shipping and delivery information using your UPS tracking number, which can be found on the Shipping Confirmation email that was sent to you on the day your order was processed. Click here to visit the UPS website and track your package. UPS will update the shipping information when the package is received at their local facility. Trouble tracking package If you tracked your package and UPS says no information is available, please allow 3 to 4 business hours and then check back. It can take several hours for information to be updated with UPS. If you tracked your order and UPS says it was delivered but you didn't receive your product, please contact UPS at 1-800-742-5877 to open a lost package claim. Claims must be filed no more than five (5) days after the expected delivery date.
