Neat Basic Plan

What is the Neat Basic plan?

  • Neat Basic is the no charge, limited-feature software plan.
  • Bundle purchasers (customers who purchased a scanner + Neat Smart Organization System bundle) are transitioned to this plan after the included one year PIN of the Premium or Business Neat Cloud plan has expired.
  • This plan provides you with basic level features, but has some key differences from the paid software plans.
  • Users on this plan are limited to email and chat support options.

Basic Plan Features Overview

  • InDocument Identification Technology (ID2) which automatically identifies key information from documents is available for Receipts and Business Cards in the Basic Plan. However, ID2 for Invoices will only be available in the Premium and Business Software Plans.
  • Ability to export data out in several formats such as PDF, CSV, and XLS. Please note though that the ability to create expense reports and tax reports is not available on the Basic Plan.
  • Secure web and desktop access to your data and information from anywhere.
