Extend Payment/Bill Date
Help! I need to extend my payment/bill date. When you make a purchase that has a recurring monthly or annual bill, your account will be charged the monthly or annual amount on the day that you made the purchase.
For example, if you purchased a Neat cloud service subscription on the 10th day of the month, your monthly fee will be billed on the 10th day of each subsequent month and your annual fee will be billed on the 10th day of that month the following year.
